This is an essay analyzing the pending US Supreme Court case U.S. v. Skrmetti, taking into account the relevant precedent and historical jurisprudence of the justices currently on the court. 

This was a literature review I did for my Research Methods (Political Science) class in Fall 2023, titled The Formation of Foreign Policy Opinions within the General Population.
